Fill glass with ice

Top up with Fitch & Leeds Pink Tonic

Garnish with a slice of fresh or dehydrated grapefruit and a full star of anise.

Double shot of the MONKS Mary Jane or Mysterium (50ml)
1 tsp of brown sugar
Juice of half a lemon
A handful of basil leaves (torn into pieces)
Top shaker up with ice and shake for roughly 10 to 15 seconds
